Your First 90 Days: Making a Great Leadership Impression

This is my 3^rd transition to a new environment and I must say that I am getting better and better at this. What I know is,  that no matter the situation you walk into, folks expect you to lead from the very beginning…which is tricky because they also want you to acknowledge that you are new to the environment.
