Culture of Winning…What does this mean? I was having a chat with my 10 year old about is “place” in 5th grade. I was hoping to get him to think about how he faired against his friends in the top 5%. He said to me, “I’m not at the bottom and I’m not at the middle…so I’m good”. It was at that point I realized that my son was satisfied with not losing…but that isn’t the same as winning. It is my mission to help him want to win!
This is also my mission as a leader…to create a Culture of Winning.
